Uladzislau Laurychenka manages the Education Project at Teplitsa, Social Technologies in Russia. His team is organizing Hackathons for various civil society organizations and helps them create technology-driven social projects. Uladzislau admits that some initiatives, created during the hackathons are not being fully implemented. Opendatabot is a service in Ukraine, providing access to some of the open data of Ukrainian authorities to citizens. Aleksey Ivankin, a co-founder of the service, provides an insight on how such open data can be used in creating your project and what issues you are expected to overcome throughout the process.
