In 2020 our project launched the Storytelling Mentors-in-Residence Campaign among the participants of our ‘Storytelling for Civil Society’ online course to help civil society organisations and civic activists to get their ideas across more efficiently and increase the engagement.
Seven organisations were selected and received support from experienced mentors in visual storytelling through our Mentors-in-Residence campaign, as well as financial support for producing their stories.

Girls Doing STEM
When choosing STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) careers many girls in Georgia face lack of understanding and even resistance from people around them. With #GirlsDoingSTEM campaign, Patty and her colleagues want to to increase girls’ motivation and interest in STEM fields.
To empower women and raise awareness on everyday challenges of women in Azerbaijan, Subhan and his colleagues developed a new media platform Açıq Platforma. They produced video interviews and short documentaries about women coming from different parts of the country and different backgrounds.
