The Swedish Institute has launched a call for applications for Baltic Sea Region funding grants. Applicants can apply for funding up to 500,000 SEK to develop project partnerships in the Baltic Sea Region which contribute to the aims in Baltic Sea Region policy documents, e.g. the EU Strategy for the Baltic Sea Region. The call closes 14 April 2016.
The project activities should contribute to economically, environmentally and socially sustainable growth and development in the Baltic Sea region and vicinity through its activities there and it also must be aimed at developing conditions for long-lasting sustainable relations between organisations in the Baltic Sea region.
Please note that although the main applicant must be a Swedish organization, partner organisations from Sweden, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Russia, Ukraine and Belarus, and in some cases in Moldova and Georgia can be funded.
