- Learn how project objectives can be achieved through planning activities and deliverables
- Build and refine a project budget
20th May: Monitoring and Control
- Strengthen skills in using logical frameworks and other tools for project management and reporting
- Understand baselines, targets and indicators and learn how to include EU ‘cross-cutting issues’ into your project design

Agustín holds post-graduate studies in Project Cycle Management in Development Cooperation and is certified in Project Management by the PM²Alliance.
With over 20 years of professional experience in various contexts and countries, including Central America, Africa, and Europe, Agustín has a passion for project management and capacity building.
His expertise spans fields such as rural development, civil society strengthening, WASH (Water, Sanitation and Hygiene), and peace and reconciliation. This blend of experience allows him to understand the perspectives, needs, and constraints of different stakeholders in project design, planning, and implementation.
