Civil Society Fellows-2017: Members of Global Shapers Minsk Hub equipped with proposal writing skills

On February 24th Global Shapers Minsk Hub held a proposal writing workshop. The workshop was delivered by Julia Stankevich, trainer of the Council of Europe trainers pool. The main role of the workshop was to equip Belarusian shapers with proposal writing skills.
