The EU-funded Eastern Partnership Civil Society Facility project, implemented by the GDSI-led consortium, is inviting qualified service providers to design and deliver a Policy Entrepreneurship course.
The course will equip civil society representatives and activists from the Eastern Partnership region with the skills and tools to effectively influence policy, monitor reforms, and strengthen democratic processes. It will combine online learning, residential workshop, and follow-up coaching.
Interested organisations are invited to submit their technical and financial proposals by 17 October 2025, 18:00 CET.
