The European Union is launching of the 2025 Call for Proposals under the EU4CSOs in Ukraine programme, supported by the Ukraine Facility.
A total budget of EUR 17,000,000 has been made available by the EU for this call. Civil society organisations across Ukraine are invited to submit project proposals under five thematic lots:
- Women and Gender Equality
- Media
- Human Rights
- Social Cohesion
- Youth

Under all lots, applicants are required to propose financial support to third parties (subgranting schemes).
The lead applicant must act with at least two co-applicants. The applicants should be non-profit and non-governmental organisations effectively established in Ukraine or an EU Member State.
