Burnout and fatigue are increasingly threatening the effectiveness, and even survival, of community groups and organisations working in humanitarian response and social justice.
In this webinar, Veaceslav Luca, an EaP Civil Society Fellow from Moldova with over 15 years of experience in the development sector, will share practical approaches to building organizational and personal resilience. Since the start of the refugee crisis, Veaceslav has been supporting civil society organisations (CSOs) in Moldova and Ukraine to strengthen their operational capacity, manage stress, and prevent burnout while continuing to support Ukrainian refugees. Veaceslav and his colleagues will share their good practices and provide guidance on how CSOs and individuals can plan for resilience and sustain their work in times of prolonged crisis.
